Besides this, it also helps to increase the consumption of fruits and veggies that we miss otherwise in our diet and gives a feeling of fuller stomach, too.
Also, smoothies are quick and convenient to make. Definitely the best option for busy mornings. I enjoy green smoothies and blueberry ones. Just keep track of using fruits with balanced sugar content if you’re trying to lose weight. Also, avoid adding sugar instead try natural sweeteners like honey.
